Migration
"Migration" is a digital artwork based on a fractal tiling of triangles, originally created in April of 2000, and modified in 2003. The white birds migrate left to right, while the black birds migrate right to left. Note that the two have the same outline, turned upside down, but different internal detailing. The lighter colored rays migrate right to left, while the darker colored rays mirate left to right. The birds can also be seen as clouds, while the rays can also be seen as waves.Click here for a high-resolution detail of the print.
